Us We are the private owners of Sun Bay Villa # 4. We purchased our villa in February of 2001
and began offering it for rent in April of that year. But our villa is more than just an
investment property to us…. it is a vacation home. Because of this, we are committed to keeping the condo updated
and clean. We believe that this
commitment is what sets us apart from most vacation rentals. We’ve also taken special care in
decorating and furnishing Unit # 4. Every item, from the king size bed in the master bedroom to the
cookware in the kitchen, is of the highest quality. We’ve chosen color schemes and furnishings that are “light and
bright “and reflect the island’s character.

Tetterton Management Group, one of the oldest and most well-regarded rental
agencies on the island. In addition
to its full team of vacation specialists, Tetterton employs an entire staff
of cleaning and maintenance personnel, whose main function is to ensure your
satisfaction. From the moment you
place your reservation, Tetterton will handle all of the details,
including delivering the rental agreement, processing payments, coordinating
key pick-up/drop-off, and ensuring that your condo is properly cleaned. Tetterton’s rental office is conveniently
located on the causeway in Atlantic Beach, NC, just minutes from Sun Bay. As you tour our website, you will notice that we have included
