When we stepped
foot into the condo I did not want to step foot out. The place is absolutely
the best place I have ever stayed in for a vacation. The price can not be
beat. I felt as if I were at home,
plenty of space. The kitchen, god, out
of this world, no need to bring cooking supplies, nor dishes. Just food. The
blender got plenty of use, along with your grill. The decorations were so awesome we had to try and figure out
where you bought things so we could have them for our home. Bedrooms and bathrooms were very roomy and
comfortable and, most importantly, they were very clean. The whole place was
comfortable. The hot tub is unreal and
the swimming pool was soothing along with the beach. Lots of privacy and peacefulness, along with being in a great
location. Anyone that sees your website
should not even have a second thought of renting your unit. We look forward to coming back. The best of the best is your unit. The quality of service not only from the
management company but the extra steps you took to make this a great
vacation. Thanks for giving us the
opportunity to rent and thanks for making our first married vacation the best.

What a wonderful week
Lisa, Christian and I had at your place in Pine Knoll Shores last week!!
Your unit is immaculate, so well planned in many respects (spacious room sizes
and floorplan; all cooking and eating appliances; TV's; stereo system;
magazines and books; barbeque grill; etc, etc.). And I can't remember when we've seen a (vacation) unit decorated
so nicely and tastefully. We felt like we were using someone's personal
(full-time) home. White carpet, furniture,
tile, and cabinets? It's TOO NICE TO RENT!! We were
more than comfortable laying Christian on the carpet to play occasionally, it
was so clean. We took good care of everything, and pray that all your potential
rental customers will do likewise. Most vacation rentals don't quite live
up to the pictures or descriptions given in brochures or on the internet; yours
definitely lives up to your informative internet site.
We had a casual, restful week of late sleeping, fun breakfast prep, TV food network
(we love to cook), listening to the stereo (local oldies, easy listening),
reading, relaxing on the beach, soaking in the hot-tub, good restaurants, and
no rushing around. We enjoyed the location and beach there. Due to the less
dense development nearby; you all enjoy a good degree of privacy. Again, thank-you and we sure hope to visit
your place again soon.

Your internet photos do
not do justice to your villa. It was beautifully decorated and very clean. The
kitchen was well- equipped and nice to work in. We really enjoyed our time
there. The weather was perfect for golf. If we get the opportunity to go back,
we will definitely contact you about renting your place again. People asked us
how we learned about your place, and they were surprised to learn on the
internet! Happy Thanksgiving to you and your family. You have a beautiful place
at the beach.

Just wanted to say thanks for
sharing your beautiful place at the beach! You have done a great job decorating
and furnishing the unit to make it feel light, airy and comfortable. The
kitchen is great - I couldn't believe how big it was! We ate out very little -
found a great seafood market and cooked every night but one!
The horror of last
week's attacks was somehow made more bearable by hearing the soothing sounds of
the waves on the beach. We felt guilty for being able to be surrounded by such
beauty and peacefulness while so many others faced terror and destruction. I
hope that God has been watching over your family and that He will continue to
hold you in the palm of His hand as you, and all of us, look forward to the
future.

Just wanted to say
"thanks" for a nice vacation. Your condo is very nice and we really
enjoyed our stay. Very nice and comfortable place you have. The wife was
pleased with my selection, which is always important. My little girl really
enjoyed the pool. And it's a very good place to surf fish right there in front
of the condos. Lots of fun. Wish I could have stayed down there another week
instead of going back to work.
