All rates for Sun Bay Unit 4 include cleaning
fee and deluxe linen package. Deluxe linen
package includes: high quality sheets and pillow cases for every bed; bath
towel and a wash cloth for each guest; kitchen towel; and an initial supply of
soap, garbage bags, and other toiletry items.
Most rental companies charge up to $100 extra for similar linen
packages. We include this service at
no cost to you.

Once we receive your request, your
reservation will be confirmed and booked through the Tetterton Management
Group. Their professional staff handles all payment arrangements and will
gladly accept Visa, Mastercard, Checks, and Money Orders.
