To confirm or hold a reservation, one
half (50%) of the total rent is required. The balance of the rent, along with
all other taxes and fees, is due no later than 30 days prior to check-in. Advance
payment can be made by phone using an approved credit card or can be held for
10 days to allow for the payment to reach us by mail.

In addition to your rental fees, a
$200 security/damage deposit is required. This amount will be refunded by mail
after departure, provided that there are no damages, phone charges, or other
applicable fees not paid at checkout.

Departure cleaning service is
provided to ensure that the unit is cleaned and sanitized. The cost of this
service is built into the rental rate. A one-time basic linen setup/supply is
provided with each reservation.

Parking of boats, trailers, or
campers is prohibited at condominiums.
·
To ensure the proper "family
vacation atmosphere", guests must be married, accompanied by parents, or
be over 25 years of age.

House parties are STRICTLY prohibited
Cancellation Policy

In order to receive a refund of advance
payments, we must receive a written notice of cancellation at least 30 days
prior to your scheduled arrival date. A
$30 cancellation fee will be charged.
No refunds will be made if the reservation is cancelled within the
30-day period prior to arrival.
